Yup...SeeingSpots is right. I know that, a couple of times, I had to get up earlier than normal, so I temped about 45 minutes earlier than normal. My temp was slightly lower. Not a lot to look like a "dip", but just slightly. If you look at the overall picture, it shouldn't make a huge difference. I only temped for 1.5 months, but I sure read a lot about it! :-) How are things going this month?

Yes, it will effect the reading. They say that your BBT will go up between .1 and .2 degrees per hour (so lower temp if you take it early, higher if you take it later than normal). It is best though to take it early if you are awake and get up, since it will give you a more accurate temp if you factor in the correction factor.
