I had a miscarriage in April found out I was 6weeks pregnant yesterday at my yrly(did and ultrasound to date me) and have been having cramps and light discharge... Could this be a miscarriage again?

It is only enough to fill a panty liner in a whole day. Usually it is brownish blood. Bright red, lots of blood and cramping are the signs of miscarriage.

What's considered normal spotting? I read lots if people staying they are spotting and bleeding.

Cramps are normal. Discharge is normal. If you have lots of bleeding, like as much as a heavy period, then you can worry.
