Thanks again Heather. And my temps could be off b/c I don't sleep and sometimes I'd lay there awake (but not getting out of bed) for and hour or two before taking it just so I'd be taking it at that same time as other days so tht probably makes them a bit unreliable. I'm hoping to get my sleep somewhat normal for next cycle.
The orange line is the day that you Ovulated based on your OPK. If you mark a day as your O day you'll get a line too. :)
Haha...no, you're right! If it was negative three times the day before, I'd say you definitely ovulated after the positive OPK on Sunday :-) I was just looking at your temps and they looked so consistent with low temps through Saturday, then higher temps Sunday/Monday on. It'll be easier to interpret once you get a couple of cycles charted, though; and ideally, the computer should be able to determine your baseline (the temperature line between your lower and higher temps) and ovulation date for future cycles (although sometimes, it takes a few days after O before the lines show up). Good luck with everything!
I did test the day before. I tested Saturday 3 times....the last time being around 9:30pm and it was negative. I tested 7am the next morning at that was the postive one. So my surge had to start after 9:30 pm but before 7:am and surely I couldn't have ovulated in that time. (unless the OPKs are wrong and I ovulated before I got a positive)
thanks for letting me know what that line was.
I just noticed you didn't test the day before your positive OPK. Based on your temps, I'm guessing you would have had a positive that day, too.
Yeah, looks like they've marked you ovulation day based on OPK only (see the OPK note underneath the graph). However, based on your actual temps, it looks to me like you ovulated a bit before then. :-)
i think it meant to be ur ov day as u got a positive opk the day before.

So based on what very little I know about charting...I think it's establishing your baseline? That's my best guess. I think it's takes a few cycles of charting though to properly establish.
