Baby Girl Names - Could Use Your Feedback

Hi Ladies

After many cycles TTC, I'm overjoyed to be expecting a girl. I've narrowed the possible names down to a few options, but came to learn that my mother isn't terribly fond of either of my top picks. I could use some unbiased opinions, so would you please take a look at these possible choices and tell me what you like best?

Thanks so much!
Bonnie

Names:

1) Erin Marie

2) Evelyn Christine

3) Julianne Marie

They are all pretty!  I would lean toward Julianne, too.  I had a student with that name last year and she went by Jul.  So cute!

I have heard stories about the child picking the name... Mom & Dad have chosen a name or names then birth happens and everything changes cause the baby tells mom something entirely different... That said I have names for either a boy or girl .... Have had them for the 2 tea I have been trying....

My mother doesn't like them OR the idea of me getting pregnant... So she doesn't get to know!!!

Still getting there!! Good luck!!!

Thanks, ladies!

Julianna is the name that has resonated with me for quite some time. When I was pregnant with my son (and before we knew he was a boy), Julianna is a name my husband suggested. At the time, I thought it was too many syllables, but I love Julianne. It's very soft and feminine, not very common, and will go with a VERY-plain last name (White). Of course, my son is a fan of Evelyn. We'll see!  =)

Thank all of you for weighing in on the name. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I told my mother. I had to drag feedback out of her, and I got that, "Well, neither of them is my favorite but I don't hate them or anything. Besides, she's your child, not mine." Jeesh! I guess I should be careful what I ask for....  ;)

We did the same thing.  Everyone here knew Ryder's name before friends and family did.  I just didn't want to hear it, know what I mean?

we didn't tell anyone our name until we had 100% decided on it ourselves.  we didn't want family member's opinions either way :)

I like the second one, Evelyn Christine. It is different because there are not that many Evelyn's these days. I go for the different. Good luck choosing!

I also really like all of them.  My favorite is probably Julianne, but all really nice choices. Good luck, picking a name is so hard isn't it.
