Baby Girl Quinn is here!

Hi All,

I haven't posted much since my second trimester, but this forum was really crucial for me during the first half of my pregnancy (especially after previous miscarriages) and I appreciate you all!

I delievered my baby girl Quinn Suzanne last Wednesday May 28th.  Click on my profile to see pictures of my beautiful daughter!  7 lbs 2 oz 20.5" long.

I went in for induction in the morning, already 4 cm dilated.  The whole thing took 2 1/2 hours!  I got my epidural when I was 6 cm dilated, but then dilated to 10 in 15 minutes!  So I had to push before the epidural had a chance to work completely (Ouch!).  I only pushed through 5 contractions, so I can't complain.

I hope you all have it that easy and quick!
Jeannette

Congratulations! It is so fun to see all the "MedHelp old timers" and then some of us "kind of MedHelp old timers" posting about their baby births. My little guy was born 3.5 weeks ago and is doing really great, too! Very happy for you
