Yes, I have had this before. I had 4 IUI's. The firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc one-I took Letrozole (Femara), trigger shot and IUI 24 hours later. I became pregnant-my HCG never went above 29 and then it went back to zero. My doctor said it was a chemical pregnancy. He said that it is very common and that a lot of women have them and they just think their period is a few days late. For those of us on the infertility cycles-we are so in tune on when to test we actually realize we are pregnant and than aren't anymore. My 2nd and 3rd IUI's did not end in pregnancy and I was ready to move to IVF. My doctor likes to do at least 6 IUI's before moving on. I am happy to let you know that with our 4th IUI, I did become pregnant and I am 39 weeks today. Please don't give up. I was really down and ready to quit and I am so glad now that I didn't. It will work for you. I am sorry for your loss. My doctor did stress to me as well, that a chemical pregnancy is a loss nonetheless and that it is quite normal to grieve. Good luck!

I've had 3 IUIs. First ended in ectopic pg, 2nd was BFN and the 3rd was BFP. My son is now 12wks old. hang in there. Even tho your chem pg might not seem like a success, it really was. You were successful at getting pg so it is likely that you will again.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. I am seeing the doctor today. I still haven't gotten my period yet..but I won't give up...I feel allot better.
