I am not sure if I ovulated so that's why I am having a period, or if it is possible to have a period on Clomid without ovulation.
My concern is that if I did ovulate and just did not conceive...then is it safeSafe driving for teens Safe sex for the doctor to be putting me on 100mg Clomid for my second round? He gave the impression that that was standard...but I thought that was only if you could not ovulate on 50mg...
You do not have to o to have af. If that were true all of us would have ceased having af as we all have an annovulatory cycle now and then. My dr will not rx anything less than 100mg of Clomid. But, if you are started at 50 it is normal protocal to increase dosage until strong o is indicated. It is most often checked by progesterone levels after o is suspected of occuring or by an u/s to measure follicles size and qty. It is perfectly normal and safe. There are many women on much higher dosages :)
