Cramping at 31 weeks

Should I worry about cramping.  I don't think these are braxton hicks and I know it's not a contraction.  Last night and this morning I had cramps (like strong menstrual cramps) for quite about 6 hours.  It seemed to be constant and nothing that came at intervals.   This morning I'm feeling them too.  Not sure if I should be concerned.....just cramps...nothing else.

Could by any chances they be gas pains??? I know I get some serious cramps if I am in need of going to the bathroom. (you know what I mean)  As soon as I go, then bam my cramps are all gone! Just a thought!

Glad to hear you are staying well hydrated. I drink so much I feel like I am using the bathroom all day!

Hope you doctor gives you an answer soon!

Yup...I'm pretty good about drinking water and I did end up calling Amy, but she hasn't called back yet.

Yeah Yvette, call Amy and just tell her.  Are you drinking a lot of water to keep hydrated?

You really should contact your Dr.   My first labor felt like menstrual cramps.
