Very interesting shesherm. I try to eat fish twiceTwice-a-day a week but I had also read no more than 12 oz. at week so I'm always worried... Now I'll be more comfortable when I'll eat it.
I'm going to have salmon tonight and I usually have tilapia once a week. Sometimes, I eat a can of sardines for lunch at work and sometimes I get squid if it looks good...
Thank you -- this is great and very relevent information. I'm relieved to learn that we can eat more fresh fish, but I also liked reading the limited list of fish to avoid -- shark, king mackerel, swordfish, tilefish, and ALBACORE TUNA!. Easy to remember and avoid. My kids and --hopefully-- future kids and I send thanks

Sushi in the raw sense. There are plenty of rolls that don't use raw fish. I stuck with California rolls and spider rolls (cooked soft shell crab). I love shell fish also - but it's only a short time.
