Early labor
I was told I was in early labor 2 days ago. I'm 80 % effaced and 4cm I get induced in 7 days. Anything I can try to do to get this baby coming on his own??
I'm in ND I was seen Monday at my doctors and was 3cm come Tuesday night I went in to labor and delivery And was told I was 4cm and 80 % effaced they sent me home after 5 hours. I have continued to have contractions since Tuesday I have been walking lot and have had sex.
Walk a lot. When my due date got close we bought a zoo membership and walked the zoo almost every day. It was great exercise. Sex is supposed to help too if u feel up to it. Pedicure with foot massage? Acupuncturist told me foot massage can stimulate contractions.
