As far as I know, an ultrasound would show your tubes. When checking for pregnancy, its pretty standard to check if its intrauterine or tubal. At least I think thats standard. And, even an etopic pregnancy would come back positive on your blood work for pegnancy. But, you can always get a second opinion. I hope you are feeling better soon.
I had an ectopic pg last year. You pg test would have come back positive if you had an ectopic. They never did see the pg in my tube but it was there for sure because eventually it ruptured and I had to have it removed. They took pictures of it and it was huge!! Like a plump hot dog. The way they diagnose ectopic is by positive pg test and no pg in the uterus. They don't know where it is, but they know it isn't in the uterus.
