Feeling light headed and dizzy

Does anyone feel light headed and dizzy when doing normal activities like grocery shopping or standing for more than 15 minutes?

My doctor says I am in good health and the baby is developing normally.  I eat healthy and take walks. Just nervous that I feel this way at 22 weeks. The moment I sit down I feel better. Anyone else going through this?

Could be blood sugar too if you're not eating frequently.  Pack snacks for your outings. I always have to have water with me too.

Is your blood pressure a little low? I know mine is but still healthy and I do get dizzy and light headed now and then. And more so when I eat less than I should.
