Fertilty supplements-help Please!

Hi,
I bought some fertility blend herbal supplements today. It does'nt have any information on when it's best to start taking them only says take 2 ...3 times a day. Today is my 13th day of my cycle. I have already started to take them...but I don't know exactly when to start and to stop...says don't take more than 7 days straight...can someone please help me with this? Also, are there any great sites about natural fertility supplements?

Is there a # to call or website listed on the bottle?  There's a lot of fertility supplements out there and they're all different.  I don't think I would take anything that doesn't give clear instructions on use.

I used the Daily Wellness Fertility Blend for Women and my husband used the one for men and we got pregnant after using the supplements for about 3 weeks.  I'm currently 44 and 35 weeks pregnant and my husband is 46--we had been TTC for almost 2 years and I had 2 m/c's prior to this pregnancy.  I'm not sure if the supplements did the trick or if it was coincidental.  It certainly didn't hurt.  You can read more about these supplements at http://www.fertilityblend.com/.
