Fertilty supplements-help Please!

Hi,
I bought some fertility blend herbal supplements today. It does'nt have any information on when it's best to start taking them only says take 2 ...3 times a day. Today is my 13th day of my cycle. I have already started to take them...but I don't know exactly when to start and to stop...says don't take more than 7 days straight...can someone please help me with this? Also, are there any great sites about natural fertility supplements?

I used the Daily Wellness Fertility Blend for Women and my husband used the one for men and we got pregnant after using the supplements for about 3 weeks. I'm currently 44 and 35 weeks pregnant and my husband is 46--we had been TTC for almost 2 years and I had 2 m/c's prior to this pregnancy.
