Frequent = Labor?

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days and sorry for the TMI but for the past couple of days, I've been having more frequent bowel movements than usual, not diarrhea just more frequent "soft"stool. Has anyone experienced this before and know what it might be? I've also been having very light menstrual like cramping. Painless though.

I still have no idea,  I've just been tools that it's you're body's way of preparing itself for labor. Like, cleansing out  your body before we get to the delivery table.

I am having the samething happeing to me and im 36 weeks 5 days! Im also having pelvic and lower back pain.
