Google foods that cause gas and avoid those foods. Nutmeg is a natural anti flatulant. Gas Ex is on my safe list. Not sure about Beeno, look it up. I have stomach issue pre preg. and Gass now is even worse. I admit that when gas bloating is uncomfortable, I go in bedroom, light a candle, and get on elbows and knees, tush up, to allow gravity to assist the gas to "rise" @and facillitate it's escape out my bum.
To rid a room of odor quickly without using aerosol, use either wooden or book if matches. The small amount of sulfur release with flame very effectively burns off the expressed gas in room safely. Leave a candle burning next to you when awake....do not leave candles burning over night. Good kuck

I have the same problem but i have narrowed it down to certain triggers like no coffee at all not even decaf, not to much red pasta sauce, but orange juice, bananas, and a sand which helps a lot! It binds me.

Ask doc.  Gasx is on my safe list.  I also drink peppermint tea.  It helps.  Avoid all fried food too??  Seems to help
