HCG LEVEL

Ladies Im not sure if im 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. I had a scan on friday showing no sign of pregnancy due to loosing a bit of blood. Im ok now my cervix is closed and iv no cramping or bleeding. My 1st HCG level was 1247 then two days after it went up to 2176. Im wondering from these numbers how far do you think i am. Thankyou xxx

I agree, even at 6 weeks, we had to do the vaginal to see anything.

Hi with those numbers you wouldn't see anythin on an abdominal ultrasound...ask for a transvaginal next time..I am usre all is okay...those are great levels!! Don't worry and don't dread...it'll be joyful to see your little bean and anyhging over 2000 will let you see something! Good luck!

when i was 5 weeks i had a transabdominal and a tranvaginal.  my levels were pretty high, i think around 10,000 which put me close to 6 weeks.  They saw a sac only.  I went back close to 1 1/2 weeks later and i got a heart beat very strong and i was measuring a bit over 7 weeks!!!  Keep faith.

It's really hard to say, I know why this pregnancy my doctor would not even check to see if it was viable until my levels were 7000. And then they did a vaginal ultrasound and they only seen a sac. Ask for a transvaginal.

I think if i count from the 1st day of my last period i would be 7 weeks this friday but surely something would have been on the scan i had on friday just gone which then i would have been 6 weeks. Its so confusing please reply do u think i could have implanted late i do know i was very fertile on the 4 and 5th Janurary. x

Hi again no i didnt have a transvaginal u/s. I had that one where they scan over ya tummy at the bottom. xx I had a internal and they said my cervix was closed xx

Hi the first day of my last period was 21st Decemcer and i got my BFP on the 21st of Janurary. I have another scan on Wednesday and im dreading it xx

When did you get your BFP and what day was the first day of your last AF?

With those numbers you should be in your 5th week.  Also with those numbers they should have seen something with a transvaginal u/s.  Did they do a transvaginal u/s?
