Hair dye

I'm 37 weeks pregnant is it okay to dye my hair?

Hair is dead once outside your body so perfectly safe to colour it- you won't absorb dye unless you decide to drink it and inhalation would be such a tiny exposure it would be harmless.
It's nice to have the treat of someone else doing it for you though!

I dye my own hair loreal is a great brand and redkin shampoo is wonderful for keeping the color locked.. as well as joico.

My ob said it was prefectly fine but the farther along you are the harder it is to keep the color in your hair I went to get my hair done and it didn't even look like I dyed it can be a waste of money

Its always best to make sure the area that you are dyeing your hair is well ventilated the only thing that probably increases a risk of issues is the actual chemical inhalation I dye my hair as well good luck :)

Dying ur hair in pregnancy is perfectly safe unless ur bleaching it they only say not to in the first 12 weeks is because it might not take but it is perfectly safe to dye ur hair it won't harm ur baby at all

my friend dyed hers while she was so far along , her kids are very healthy and fine . but i would double check with ur ob jus to be safe . they kno more then we do .
