Thanks ladies - I do have pillow I use between my legs and it helps. The last few days I've been out of town and the pillow was much smaller and I did have some pain. I am going to try and get back to the chiropractor b/c that seemed to make a big difference!
Unfortunately from week 26 till 35 weeks i was the same with severe pain on my left hip.it got to the point where i would be dragging my left foot with a hot water bottle carried everywhere.i was told it was because my LO was so low and because of my ligaments (baby no.4) and muscles becoming so loose.i started physiotherapy and that did help a bit along with heat packs and rest.dont sleep on the side that hurts it only makes it worse.
I'm 23 weeks and have had the same thing, I work nights 12 hours and walk halls all night long, then come home and I can barely lay on either side and it *****! Buy I try so hard to stay on my sides. I always end up on my back! Ugg! Just getting up from a sitting position kills me. The only thing I have found was rest, it helps some, but as the doctor said its our ligaments stretching. Get a body pillow (i forgot the name) at babies r us. That helps. It keeps ur whole body cradled and aligned better. Good luck
Went to a chiropractor and it helped SO much!
