How much water should I drink

by sue1975, Feb 22, 2008 03:09PM
I am 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am just wondering about the water. How much water should I drink every day? Is it ok to drink 2-3 litters’ water per day? Or I should drink more.

Best regards,

Sue

Drink as much as your body can handle!  If you start to have water weight gain your doc will let you know.  But's it's extremely important to stay well hydrated especially with your prenatal vitamins.  Water is such an important source through out your entire pregnancy for the health of your baby to flush your kidneys and aid your placenta in the big job it has to do.
