Hulka Clamp Tubal Ligation

I am in the process of getting an IUD removed, and its been a process in itself, but I am now being suggested to get my tubes by using the Hulka Clamp Ligation method. I have not been a Tubal Ligation advocate due the supposed
Pre-Menopausal symptoms that are reported to appear post tubal ligation. This doctor suggested that the Clamp method does not interfere or damage the blood flow to the fallopian tubes that the other methods due which is what apparently causes these symptoms. First of all is this true? Do you think the Clamp method avoids Pre-Menopausal symptoms.  And do you suggest this method?  Should I be worried about anything?
