I miscarried at 5 weeks around the 2nd of Jan and started bleeding around the 5th. My doctor did a hcg blood test on the 7th and it was back to 0. I think that is how your body determines when to go back to normal. Mine was fast, but I have spoken to many women that it has taken up to 3 months. Get your blood levels tested, you could still have the pregnancy hormone in your system.
Hey . . . i am so sorry . . .
I miscarried in November at 12 weeks. It took me about 3 weeks to start my cycle bleeding. . . but it really wasn't normal until late December . . .

Sorry to hear that. I've had 6 D&Cs and a few really early chemical mcs. With the D&Cs, I always got my period back in 6 weeks. With the chemicals, 4. Again, sorry for you loss.
So very sorry to hear about your loss. I also miscarried at 8 weeks. It took me 2 and a half months to get my period. For whatever reason, my HCG level took forever to go down to 0, and that's why it took so long for my cycle to start up again. All the best to you.
Hi sweety sorry to hear about your loss. I also had a miscarraige in Ausust last year loosing twins at 7 weeks. It was 4 weeks after i got my period back. Im still hurting but trying to stay positive and strong. best wished Rachel xxx
