My youngest niece Hannah is due to have her baby today :)

My 14 year old niece Hannah is due to have her baby today. She is scared as hell. I've been calming her down but she is just annoyed and scared as ****.  She won't listen and she is getting annoyed. What so I do? Can you help me please before it's to late.

Thank you

only thing she can do is relax that will make her  blood pressure go up and put the baby under stress I was 14 when I had my first baby and I was so scared and everything. only thing she can do is relax. play meditation music for her or something.. she deff needs to relax I know shes scared ....... but being young and having something that big coming out from there I understand that. but like I said relaxing is the best way.

She's just a child! Not much you can do, full grown woman fear labor and parenthood. Just be supportive and try and be there for her when she needs it. She will be needing a lot of help!
