I get a 1 every time I'm pregnant, and has never affected the babies. This is my 9th pregnancy, I do sometimes get a little pain from it.

Sienna14, has wrapped up the basics for you!! While in most cases it's not serious, usually just stretched or some cases torn muscles. She pretty much layed the treatments out for you. But I also recommend you seeing a specialist, getting physical therapy, is awesome!!!! I also am expecting my 7th child, all 6 of my previous children were born via cesarean deliveries (all 6), I also had a similar situation as yours, mine was more in my past incision area and upper stomach area. My treatment was extra successful!!! Our 7th cesarean delivery is scheduled for the 17th of October, I completed my therapy but I will continue going after our baby is born, sometimes these things tend to return or are reoccurring. But everyone's situation is different! Best of wishes and congratulations!!! I am glad to see mothers of multiple children (I was feeling a bit alone here!!!!) ;)

Hey.. im 35 and pregnant with my 4th... i was told the same when pregnant with no.2 4 yrs ago... both previous pregnancies went fine and this one is too.
Post birth of no.2 i saw a specialist and was told it was a small one and could have an operation or just do core excercises to strengthen my stomach muscles.
Hope this sets your mind at ease.. but then i would definitely recommend finding out all you can about it like its location, size, what signs to look out for etc too.
Take care not to lift heavy things too hun
Hope all goes well x
