I taught I was da only one dat was nervous..my first app is not till Sunday n then ill b 7weeks...I'm so nervous...but so far I been eating a lot of junk food which I know is not gd for me..n trust me da baby is making me know dis too..I started eating fruits bread yogurt n I cut off da junk food ..hopefully when I go to dat doctor they will guide me in da right direction
Me too, 6 weeks gone first appt is Feb 14th. I have started taking pregnacare, reduced caffeine intake, no runny eggs (that is hard) etc! Feels weird when there is nothing you can do & first time experiencing it!
