anyone ever gave birth to a healthy baby despite strong cramping?!?
I'm 7wks on Tuesday and having cramps too. It scares the **** out of me. I did with my DS too, but not this often. I have an u/s Friday and will let you know how it goes. Sending prayers out for both of us. Hang in there.
I know that in one of my pregnancy books I read that cramping in early pregnancy can be the result of the uterus beginning to stretch. I wish you both the best of luck that all turns out well for you.
Thats an interesting question because I have never had menstrual cramps before and niether has my daughter. They say if you mother had cramps your more than likely to have them too....mom never had them either. The only horrible and painfulPainful menstrual periods cramps I have felt were from child birth. I agree with adgal because I have read and been told cramping in the begining is more than likely from the uterus stretching. You might want to discuss this with the doc when you see him.
cramping is totally normalNormal saline flush in early pregnancy most of us probably had it......I haven't delivered yet but I'm 19.3 weeks pregnant with my twins and they are fine
