Ovulating with two eggs

Hi my husband and I are trying to conceive and I feel like I ovulated on both sides this month. Is it possible to have both fertilized eggs but only one implant and if so would you then have a fertilized egg that would leave your body?

Here's the weird thing today is the day that I should implant and I woke up with one tiny blood clot, no cramping and only light pink spotting but the spotting stop. Is that consistent with implantation bleeding. The clot concerned me but it was only one and I haven't had anymore.

Hi there

It is good that you can feel your ovulation.

Yes of course it is possible to have both eggs fertilised but it is more likely that both fertilised eggs would implant in your uterus and then you would have fraternal twins.

Normally one egg would be released a day after the other is that how it felt??

Good luck with ttc this month and let us know how you get on . At least you won't be too shocked if they say you have twins if it is your time this month.

good  luck

heres a sprinkle of baby dust @@@@@@@@@@@
