Please Answer

So im 37 weeks.and ive been feeling extremely strange today ive been having pains down there throughout the whole day pain runs from my butt to my back its been coming and going, its hurts to sit, lean forward, and lean back, I been really nauseous, my hands have been falling asleep throughout the whole day, and my stomach has been getting really tight throughout the entire day, and I recently started getting dizzy. What is going on should I call labor and delivery? Or wait until Monday for my appointment?

I would get checked. It sounds like baby is in a bad position and either on an artery or on a nerve.

When in doubt just go get checked... My first baby who is now 14, Idk I was contracting or in labor, TMI but I went to the bathroom had a BM-GREEN COLOR.. And got scared... I called Labor and delivery and they told me to come in... As I changed into a gown my WATER BROKE, FULLY DIALATED WITHIN AN HR AND HAD HAD THE BABY WITH IN THE NEXT. Point is go get checked... Just to have peace of mind that you and baby are doing well! Hope I didn't scare you... I'm sure all is we'll... Best wishes!

I think you should call L&D... The baby is probably putting some pressure on one of your arteries and that decreases the blood flow to you and baby(causing the dizziness, numbness)... Sounds like the baby is getting ready and its just in an area where it's super uncomfortable... Try to lie down side ways or move the baby around with your hands... Just suggesting... I'm sure it must be painful. So to be safe just get checked before your appt. I'm on the forth baby at 20 wks.... To be honest I'm more nervous this time than the other 3.  good luck... I hope all is well!!!
