Pregnancy at 46

Hello,
Just joined.  I am 46 and 3 days late.  I've been getting my period normally on a regular basis.  Took a pregnancy test but it came out negative.  I have pressure sensation on my uterus.  Could this be a symptom of pregnancy?  My husband and I have been trying since 2004.  I got pregnant in 2005 but had an ectopic pregnancy.  Soooo,  I'm hoping that this is it.  Been trying naturally....=)

Would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

Welcome :) I am new here myself.

The short answer is yes, the pressure feeling in your uterus could be a symptom of pregnancy (I have been having odd, not quite cramps since a week after I ovulated and conceived).

On the other hand, it could be something else. I would wait a week and retest.

The other symptoms I had right away were a reduced appetite, then swollen tender breasts, and then fatigue.
