what is a mother chances of having a health baby if she have sickle anemia and A negative blood.

I am not sure how sickle cell anemia affects reproduction.  The A negative bllod won't be a factoir if this is your first baby and/or if the father is also Rh negative.  If the father is Rh positive, the first baby should be fine but it can affect subsequent fetuses.  In that case there are treatments available to help.
