Pregnant symptoms after Mirena

Im 38. I had Mirena removed 4 1/2 weeks ago.   Got light af/bleeding 4 days later. Ovulated on day 14 based on CM.  I have had many pregnancy symptoms since about 5 days after ovulating :  nausea- sometimes close to vomiting, bloating, strange feel around uterus (not AF feeling), lots of cramping especially around 7 dpo, cervix sore until 10 dpo, breast very noticeably larger & tender/ heavy (never had this with af) , ligament ache around pelvis - extremely achey on 8 dpo,  woke with leg cramp on back of leg 3 mornings 6,7, 8 dpo then read it is a pg symptom, nose is stuffy and for a week I have randomly sneezed about 4 or 5 times a day for no apparent reason- just read snuffy nose & sneezing are symptoms ( i wondered cuz I def don't have a cold or allergies) , pee more last couple days, hot feeling on & off last couple days.
I start spotting very brown yesterday at 10 dpo but only when wiping, , this morning bled very dark red, almost black , more than just spotting but still mostly see it when at the toilet, has lightened in color slightly since this morning but still dark red. Took hpt and it said negative - BFN :(( but I still feel very pregnant.
Has anyone had do many symptoms post mirena removal and not been pregnant? Any bleed like this and still been pregnant? What are my chances I am pregnant? I figure I'll test again on 15 dpo.  I'm hoping I am as my fiancé will be out of town next few O days.  :(

Thank you :)
Despite all my symptoms i am not feeling very hopeful.
Its crazy if going off mirena can give me all these symptoms. I went off it once before, 3 yrs ago, and waited a few months before having the new Mirena put in & didnt get any pregnancy type symptoms that time.
I dunno anymore, I was so sure I was pregnant until yesterday.
I'll test at 15 dpo.

Hi there.  It certainly could be a pregnancy and 10dpo may have just been too early to detect the hcg in your urine yet.  It is also possible, and not uncommon to have pregnancy like symptoms after stopping any sort of hormonal birth control.  It can send our body a bit out of whack, and take some time to straighten out.  I think waiting until 15 dpo to take another test is wise.  I wish I could be more helpful, but there is just no way at this point of knowing for certain if this is a pregnancy, or just a result of your body readjusting to life without mirena.  All the best to you!
