Prenatal Vitamins

Does anyone else get sick after taking prenatal vitamins? I got some that are over the counter until to take until I can see my Dr. I take them with food, but yesterday I took them while I was eating and it made my stomach cramp until I threw them up. Today I waited 30 minutes after I ate and now I'm Nauseous.

I found that taking them at night for some reason was way better for me. I would eat some saltines and take them with a drink that is flavored not water. They're huge and taste gross so the flavored drink helped.

I think it is best if u take em right when u get up and with juice or something other then water...if u take em after u eat or while you're eating it makes u sick and most likely u will throw up

Well today I took them and I was fine. I had a glass of milk with breakfast, waited 15 minutes and took them. The only thing today was burping. Go figure! Maybe the milk is the trick.

Yes every time I take my prenatal vitamins it makes me sick (nauseous) sometimes makes me throw up as well. doesn't matter if I take it on a full or empty stomach or if I take it morning or night (if I take it before bed I wake up with nausea and puking)

I couldn't take mine at all from about week 7 until now (week 18). There are a bunch of different types available though so maybe try the Gummies if the pills make you nauseous.  I take the powder for (oxylent) that dissolves in water or juice because the tablets make me feel ill.
