Problems with FAM on BBT

I am hoping that someone can help me.I have been charting for awhile now and this month FAM did not record a coverline and ovulation day.How can I get this recorded on my chart?

I contacted medhelp and they fixed the problem.I now have the coverline recorded on my chart.
