Removal of Cerclage at 34weeks
Hello I am 34weeks,
My Dr. wants to remove my Cerclage at next week, my baby is 7lbs and he said his lungs are strongly develope i had 2 shots of steroids to mature the lungs. He wants to do my Csection early because I have high blood presure and G/D im scared of the removal of the Cerclage more than the Csection ive had one Csection 8years ago. Have any one had a Cerclage before and had it removed? is it painful? any advise? Thank you in advance.

I have no idea about the cerclage, however, I had to stop by your page to say I am praying for you and the little one. Keep me updated on how things go...Love Yolanda
I have not had a cerclage, but wanted to wish you well and lots of luck on your impending delivery. There have been many women on here with cerglage, and I have never heard any of them say removal hurt. Hope that helps a bit.
