Rib pain, IN MY BACK!

I've been having rib pain in my back for several months now. It's so painful and not much relief till I lay down for bed. Is anyone else having this issue? My OBGYN said I may have misplaced it. I'm praying it goes away after delivery. And Tylenol doesn't take the pain away.

Thanx so much, and swimming is a great idea just almost impossible to find the time!

Physiotherapy may help? Sometimes baby is up high against your diaphragm and causes a nerve to get irritated and u feel it in your rib or shoulder tip.  Sometimes a physio can give you some exercises to try.
If lying down helps what about gentle swimming? It's active and pain is worse when you focus on it so might be a good distraction? Hope you find some relief

Yes it's just too much, and if my pelvic bone had a face it'd be angry! I'm in so much pain! It's hard to get through the day at this point.

I've been having a lot of rib pain on my right side that radiates into my back for a while now. Sometimes it's so uncomfortable that I need to lean to my left & raise my arms, but even that won't make it stop. I figure it has to do with the position of the baby. Sometimes it gets worse after eating.
