I've had a bad time with it....since maybe 10/12 wks and I am now 30 wks. I have good days and bad days. Sometimes it's so bad I can't walk or stand!! Hot baths and Tylenol are the main things I do, my doc recommended it. I use epsom salt too, and normally it makes it more tolerable. Drink plenty of water too. One of my preggo friends just started going to acupuncture for it and loves it!! I have a thing about needles so I have not and probably won't try that. :-/ unfortunately there is not too much we can do about it.... :-(
I suffer from the ligament pain all the time!..I still have no idea how to relieve it. I just stay still until the pain subsides.
I suffer terribly. I found a simple maternity band helps. As does supporting your belly with a pillow when rising from position- lying to sitting, sitting to standing- as well as when rolling over in bed.
