Sharp Pains in upper abdomen

I am 36 weeks pregenant and I am experiencing this sharp pain below my right breast I don't think its the baby because she already dropped. Has anyone else experienced this it hurts really bad.

I've had the same pain for weeks now and was worried about it. The only way to ease it is lay on my right side. My doctor said it cld be my gallbladder. Check to see if there is any foods that triggers it. If not he said it cld just be how the baby is positioned. But if it is ur gall bladder they can't so anything till baby is out. So ease it the best u can. BTW its not ur belly stretching.

I thought it could be stomach stretching causethats a lot how it felt. But I was terribly wrong it is still better to see a doctor anytime your in pain.

Your stomach is stretching thats all nothin,to worry about,i get it all the time! An it hurts real bad for a while. Also if ur on ur feet for a long period of time itll case that pain also.

I am 30 weeks along and 8 wreks ago I got a terrible pain in my upper righy side right below my ribs I thought it was the baby as well until I let it go till I wasnt even able to walk. I got to the er and was admitted and had to have an eamergency appendix removal. My appendix were a hair from rupturing and my being pregnant only made it worse they could not look at ky appendix in any way because of the baby.and all the test they done vome back negative for appendicitis I woulf go get .checked out if I were you especially if u have a fever or it gets worse.
