Sinus Headache

I'm 25 weeks and for the past two days I've had this sinus headache. I don't want to do anything. It makes me want to just sleep but when I wake up it still hurts. Should I just take some tylenol or let it just go away naturally?

A humidifier is always helpful to.. :) its really weird but whenever I feel a sinus infection coming on I get really quick relief by eating those veggies that are in vinegar it has the cauliflower and carrots celery in them.. I just eat a little of those and within hours feel better.. and gargle with warm salt water that usually helps me too good luck :)

Another annoying pregnancy symptom!  All the extra blood in your system can swell tissue in your sinuses. I found mine worse when the weather changes. Tylenol probably won't help, but try it first. Nose decongestant sprays are okay to use, as well as straight sudafed( not cold medicine).  I use the MotherRisk website for a list of safe medication.

I had the same symptoms a couple of weeks ago... I took tylenol and rub a little bit of Vicks on my nose. Works for me. I hope you feel better. :-)
