Sleep time

So I have a 2 week old baby and I'm trying to find a reasonable time at night to let him go to sleep so he won't be up at 3am

Don't wake him to feed unless you've been told to for medical reasons, he may be able to go longer than you think. Mine always had a late little nap at that age, like 7/8-9/10 ish then I would nurse one more time then into crib -bassinet or bed with me( depending on how I was doing).  Later the better, but usually when I wanted to go to bed. Then it's totally normal for them to wake every 2-4 hours at that age, will gradually stretch to 4-6 hours as the get to be 6 months or so.  Then it's solids so it all goes out the window again! Their sleep changes so much in the first year, you just have to go with the flow! You'll do great!

I always put my son down at about 10 he would wake up at 1 then would get up at 5. I kept that schedule up until he slept through the night then I put him to bed at 9 and he is 14 months and he knows 9 is his bed time.

U should put baby down for his last feeding as late as possible maybe 10:30 or 11 and he should sleep for a while, but they will always wake up at least 2 times a night.  goodluck and congrats!!

Congrats on ur new bundle of joy ....Forget trying to establish a routine with a newborn... sleep when they do and enjoy your baby... the routine will be easier at 6 months...

I assume you're formula feeding your baby
It's too soon for him to sleep through the night
How long are you expecting him to sleep ?
I'm not sure but I believe babies of his age can only go 3 to 4 hours before they need another feeding
