My husband says thats why he worries, cuz when he sneezes hard his tummy hurts ;-) . We have another sono scheduled in about 10 days will ask for my allergy meds. I've gone completely off meds,  no pain meds for my kidney stones, no ssri's, no ambien…and it's been good cuz I've made up my mind that trying/waiting for 18yrs I can do this, But the sneezing wow just seems to be getting stronger. Thank you for all the great advise :-)

You can take anti-allergy meds during pregnancy.
Sneezing will not blow your baby away BUT it may cause a lot of discomfort later in the pregnancy when you are pretty big.
When I sneeze (or cough) I feel like someone is ripping my round ligaments apart.

Thank you you put my husbands mind at ease. But now he's worried cuz everyone around us has the flu! Thanks to God and his company we got our flu shots already :-)

No or I would have done that with all 3 of mine.  It can make you pee yourself sometimes! Lol I know tmi.  I also have terrible seasonal allergies but its fine to sneeze and cough as hard as you like.
