Spotting and nervous

I heard it's normal to spot, but I'm nervous still. I noticed yesterday which would've been my normal cycle date. This happened last month too around the same time. Anyone experience this? Should I be nervous?

It could be your uterus stretching.  Drink lots and lots and lots of water, like 80oz a day.  It keeps your urtus hydrated.  I spotted/bled from week 6 to 16 of my pregnancy, and my twins are 2 12 yrs old :). It can be quite normal.

I had mild spotting from week 6-8. Iam now 15 weeks and everything so far has been normal, right on track. Try not to worry....some spotting IS totally normal. Best wishes to you.

I have a doctor's appointment next week so I'll talk to her about the spotting because it's still happening today which makes 3 days straight spotting.

Sometimes if you have sex it can cause you to spot too and most likely means ya'll should take it down a nob lol that's what my Doc told me lol!!! Hope everything is ok!!

Are you pregnant and spotting or hoping you are or are not pregnant? Spotting can be normal in all situations.....
