Standing all day at work...

Hi everyone,  just a quick question.  Does anyone else get exhausted at work if theyre job involves standing all day at work? I'm only 8 weeks and after 3days of 9.5-10 hr days, I felt like I got hit by a truck! Would u speak to your employer to see if they'll make allowances for you to sit on the job(in the rare instances you get the chance to)?

Many of us are more tired in first trimester. You get some energy in 2nd.

If you are not ready to tell them at work, try the following:

Buy some compression socks from drugstore or on line to help legs.

Get a pad to stand in if you can.

Drink lots of water, take your viramins.

Eat some protien and healthy carbs every 3 hours.

Have your Dr. draw blood to check for anemia and if anemic, get iron pills.

Get as much sleep as you can...elevate legs at home.

Early pregnancy is very tiring. You could say something to your boss. Thankfully my bosses rock and have been very supportive so far. Transfered to a new position and I will be able to sit more but have to get up at the crack of dawn now.
