Totally uncomfortable

So I'm having several issues right now. I am 16 weeks and I woke up this evening feeling like the baby is pushing not on cervix exactly but each side of lower abdomen. Totally uncomfortable. I am totally uncomfortable on my back, side and stomach. I do have twins inside of me. I have a history of miscarriages and get really scared with the thought of any abdominal pressure. I feel its too early for baby to be active but I have been feeling these babies from early. Also I am on pelvic rest and have stimulation to cervix during sexual dreams at night which are hard to control. And I also take primetrium to try and prevent any early contractions. Really scared at the thought of losing these babies. I am in the doctors office it seems weekly and no major findings. I also have a circlage in place due to incompetent cervix. Just looking for any advice. I do have an appointment with ob so i will let her know but really hard to fall asleep right now. Thanks for any help.

Cool I'll try that. It's just extremely difficult. I do have a body pillow but that don't se to work. Thanks for the info. I probably do need something to help calm my nerves.

If you don't get a body pillow, 2 California king pillows work for me. (12$ at walmart each)
Also pure lavender on a damp towel placed on ur head might help u sleep better and calm ur nerves
