Trying for a baby-Not sure If i misscarried

I hope this is the right forum with out having to bore anybody with my posts.

42 years old, TTC, had abortions with remourse. Last one 7 years ago.
For the past 7 years, I used protection and never have been pregnant.Partner and I decided to try 3 months ago. I felt prego almost immidiately, dizzy, tender breasts etc. It went away after a week or so.

Then I missed my period for 2 months in a row possibly from a heavy work out and weight loss. I also had some urinary infection like sypmtom so I went to the OBGYN. Did ultrasound and said Uteures looked fine and no UTI. He said I was ovulating. Came home did it again, same patern of preg symptoms that lasted 10 days and lost the feeling yesterday. Did home prego test, Negative. What tests do i need at the doctor? This might have been an early miscarriage from what I read. Desperately wanting to be a mom !

Jojod, Thank you for sharing,

It sounds like one of the two might be happening, I hope a baby is what is causing that for you:

Mine is weird, I never felt prego in 7 years, or I dunno might have.
I wonder if one can prego in PreMeno?

Good luck.

I'm so sorry but my laptop is skipping between words. I haven't seen my cycle for 2.5 weeks. Try blood work.

I'm 45 and TTC. Today, I went to my GYN because annually pap and I have seen my cycle for 2.5 mos. I had 4 negative preg test @ home and 1 at my appt today. However, my dr believes that I might be preg or beginning pre-meno. Pre-meno can start at 42. I have all the symptoms of preg and a few pre-meno. I'm scheduled to have blood work done next week. You can have a neg test and still be preg. But an ultrasound should have also picked up the preg (if preg). I wish you the best.
