Trying to conceive

Wanting to know how a 44 yr. young woman can conceive for the first time? Are there any TRUE natural herbal products that will work?

It took us years to conceive until a doctor gave us good advice.  Have lots of sex at least once every 24 to 48 hours.  Start trying when your period starts.  You will be pregnant soon.
Go to a fertility specialist to check out your eggs and his sperm if this doesn't work.  Give it about 3 months.

There are some herbal products that one could try - I personally don't have any I recommend but I do advise you that if you don't get pregnant within 2-3 months of ttc, see a re (reproductive endocrinologist) to get some advice.

You could also post this question on the fertility forum - there are lots of women over there ttc that are in their 40's and perhaps they'll have some good advice.
