Well I thought everything was going ok...I had my levels checked last week and on Tuesday they were 1024 and on Thursday they were 2450.  Just now I wiped and saw some light pink blood :-(  I'm not bleeding but if I wipe and push the toiled paper up there (sorry TMI!!!) I get some light pink.... Any thoughts?

Hey Ladies.. first of all congrats! I am so glad Dr Craig was able to help you!.. spotting in early pg is VERY common.. bright red is not.. some women will have spotting as I did myself with Ty thoough mine was dark brown.. but so many women here even during our pg together had it and went on to deliver healthy babies!!!!!!!!!!!! so dont worry give your doc a call to ease your mind. I would rest up for a couple of days. Keep me posted! I am so happy to hear you have another lil angel on  the way! Stay positive =)

As long as it is not red, you are OK.  You should follow up with your ob tomorrow just in case.

During my first pregnancy I was spotting all the time, and they just told me sometimes happens. However as an extra precaution during my first 3 months I was trying to lift up my feet as much as I could. Not sure how far you are but anyway you must let your doctor know even if is only to give you a peace of mind.

Good Luck and I'm pretty sure you'll be great!

During this pregnancy (early) I spotted a pink/brownish color discharge.  I was worried too, but after reading up on it, and the consolation I received from many of the women here, it appears to be very normal.  As the others mentioned, bright red blood that looks like your having a period could be a sign of problems.  Call your OBs office just to be on the safe side!

How are you feeling today, Dainsey?  I read this and I am hoping everything is okay with you....

I have spotted pink several times...I'm told it's nothing to worry about. Spotting it very common, even throughout the pregnancy. As long as it's not bright red and there's no cramping, I'm sure you're fine! (Although I *know it's nerve-wracking.) If you're worried, call your MD...but I'd bet your little bean is still comfy and cozy.

Hi ladies...well I talked to my RE and they said that it's common for women to spot in the 1st trimester.  She said that because I have a history of m/c's that of course I'm going to freak out but I shouldn't.  She also said that progesterone supp could cause it.
I still don't have a good feeling about this.  The spotting was very light and it was light pinkish brown but then after getting off the phone with the RE I went to the bathroom and I had one spot of dark pinky red.  So I'm really thinking this isn't good.

The only thing that confuses me is that my beta test was so great on Friday...The number had more than doubled.  Could a pregnancy start misacarrying that fast??

Hey there, Glad to hear it sounds like all is well.  Like the others said it's pretty common to have some spotting first trimester.  I too have a history of m/c so I completely understand your fear, I would be the same.  There's a better chance then not that all is ok.  When do you have an ultrasound?  And if your numbers doubled or better, its unlikely you are miscarrying.  You can be miscarrying and have your numbers still rise, but its usually a much slower rise.  I bet all works out fine!!  Rooting for you, keep us posted.
