BAD MORPHOLOGY - TO DO IVF OR NO?

Hi, this is my first signing to any forum ever but I've got tired of hiding. My short story is: I'm 40, dh - 35 and after 4 IVF (only 2nd got to 12 weeks in 2005) and 5 years of ttc we are at the beginning. Last April I had laparoscopy for severe endo after we've tried our 4th IVF last august - no success. Now, we've been told my husband has bad morphology.
Motility - 10   suppose to be >50% (but processed 2 hours after collection)
Count -    2                         > 20
Morphology - 80% abnormal <40% (I guess this means still 20% normal, right?)
I think my tubes are opened and our doctor wants us to try another IVF cycle. We are both this month on antibiotics to clean mycoplasmic bacteria and been told not to even try to concieve naturally. Does anybody know why? Dr put me for months on DHEA since I was slow and low responder. I've read that if you have open tubes IVF is not that successful. This time I'm thinking to do IUI. However, I've got lost, almost lost hope, not sure what to do anymore specially with my husbands recent result.
Do we actually have any chances naturally or for better chance go for either IUI or IVF? Any help deeply appriciated.

I wish I could give you any kind of advice, but this is way out of my league.  I do however wish to welcome you and wish you luck.  I might suggest reposting this on the fertility forum as you may find more women who understand IVF, etc.  Continue to hang around here as well though, there will probably be some here who are able to give you some good advice.  Good luck to you!!!
