unfortunately very normal.

I also try to cough / contract muscles a little to help empty my bladder. but if I can't get to the toilet and my bladder is starting to fill coughing or sneezing make me wet myself. Can't wait to get my bladder back after this baby comes.

yep this is normal and its due to the pressure of the baby and the hormones makining the muscles slacker, practice your pelvic floor excercises, I also found moving around a little befoe getting up helps also and if it worries you just wear a panty liner :)
