Weight gain?

Before I fount I was pregnant I weighed 160 and when I went to the health department Feb. 17,2014 I weighed 174 and that's when I went to get my BC before my next period and I didn't get it so that's when I took the test and I came back positive so when I went to the woman's center March 4,2014 they weighed me again and I weighed 176 and my 13/14's aren't fitting. I don't know if I'm suppose to gain this much weight when I"m only 5 weeks and 5 days from what the Dr. says. I don't eat a lot I barely eat 3 meals a day. I know I"m not over eating. Is this normal? I know this is a stupid question to ask but I don't understand why I've gained this much weight first baby so I"m just curious.

I am 22 weeks this Thursday and I weighed 166 before I was pregnant and now I am 186ish give or take. My boyfriend's sister said when she was pregnant she gained 40ish pounds and she and her baby are healthy. So I think you're fine

My first baby I doubled my weight. Just talk to your doctor and see what he says. I always gain a lot during my pregnancies the average is different for what you weighed before.
