for the past 2-3 weeks I'm just not hungry I feel bad if I don't eat but then if I eat I feel bad.....I didn't eat supper last night and this morning I wasn't hungry but made myself eat cause I'm worried my babies aren't getting enough nutrients......is this normalNormal saline flush? I'm 13-1/2 weeks with twins I would think I'd be hungry as a horseHorse chestnut......does this mean something is wrong with my babies?
I wouldnt think so. but you do need to make sure when you do eat it is all for the babies. Healthy!
I think it will come in time. 13.5w is still early. ugh... Just make sure you dont loose any weight is what I have read.
those food cravings will come... trust me.
yeah I'm kinda worried cause I gained 3 and lost 4 so right now I'm still at -1 lb......but when I do eat I do make sure it's healthy food plus the sound of junk food totally turns me off anyways....but it's only the last 2-3 weeks I mean before I was starving if I didn't get breakfast lunch and dinner and 2-3 snacks a day now I'm good if i eat breakfast and lunch and usually I make myself eat then.....
That makes me feel better....I'm just a nervous wreck since Saturday and having that bleeding that wasn't like the other times......I usually go to the DR when I get bleeding but deceided not to this time since nothing is ever wrong but now I'm a wreck thinking something has to be wrong.
When is your next appointment? Maybe you could call them and tell them you had some bleeding a little worse then the last several times and they would recommend you coming in for a quick check up, can't be too sure when you are pregnant!!
My next appt is Mar 3 12 more days....yeah they always let me come in when I have bleeding.....but I end up going like every other week and I feel bad like I'm bothering them because nothing is ever wrong....that's why I didn't call this last time....
I think you are fine but if meals turn you off just try snacking a lot... have some baggies of the foods you like in the fridge and just snack in from of the tv or whatever... just really small portions some crackers and cheese, veggies with peanut butter... some nuts whatever just try to get some calories down.. they say 300 more than pre pregnancy...
I think I might call and see what they think if they think I'm ok then guess I'll just have to take it at that......yeah I'm gonna try and pack some good healthy snack tomorrow if I have to work.....Might get another 2 days off we are expecting and inch of ice and another 2-3 tomorrow and some snow so I might just stay home and keep warm LOL......but thanks for all the advice glad to know others have this trouble too.
I wasn't very hungry during the first trimester but tried to make myself eat light, healthy meals and snacks even if I didn't feel like it. Drinking water throughout the day helped too. My appetite sure picked up during the second trimester though. Good luck! (26w3d)
Same here not hungry. I've some odd cravings for super spicy foods but not for meals. I try to eat small but healthy meals and grab a snack just to keep my blood-sugar levels in balance. I'm almost 21 weeks and have gained only 2.5 lbs. The doc said the baby is measuring fine so no problem. I've heard you WILL gain 1/2 to 1 pound every week after 20 weeks with a singleton--I'm sure it's more with twins!
Just be sure to drink your water and take your prenatal vitamins :0)
I TRULY understand, I feel so guilty. I'm only 6weeks 1 day, and my appetite sucks. I haven't been eating much at all, I WANT to feed my seed, but I just don't have an appetite. For example, yesterday I only ate 2 pieces of fish (a piece in the morning, and a piece during lunch) both with 1 slice of wheat bread.........that really was it for me, BUT I forced myself to eat something else, which were noodles at night, BUT I KNOW that 2 pieces of fish, 2 slices of bread, and a pack of noodles definitely isn't enough for a growing baby........I'm afraid that I'm going to cause some sort issue with my baby; however, I go to the doctors in 2 weeks (March 7th), and I'll tell her everything, and HOPEFULLY she can offer some assistance, supplements or SOMETHING.........
