Giving birth and the risks associated are high enough without adding another serious procedure in the mix. A tummy tuck is a serious procedure that involves you needing to be in good health and you just spiting out a baby doesn't make you a great canditate. You need to be cut, your muscles tightened, your skin pulled down like a shower curtain with the excess skin being cut off. Your body is going through trauma as it is with a c-section. I doubt they will ever incorporate a tummy tuck into delivery.

No, and funny you should ask.  I just asked both my plastic surgeon and OB about this recently.  I wish though.

Man, I've joked about that w/my doctors every single time I've had a c-section and to no avail.  They won't do a tummy tuck at the same time.

I was told "no" because they don't know what your "true" post streteched size is. I was told they need time to assess your "innards" and to wait for things to shrink back to where they need to shrink to. Now, I haven't fully investigated it either, but the comments I've been told land on the above.

What I mean is if I paid to have the procedure done at the same time .I didnt know if they could do it since I would already be cut open...Just curious..(LOL)
